This form registers you in our system and initiates carrier contracting. We'll process it quickly and keep you updated!
Please take a few moments to watch the two short videos below (one is approximately 4 minutes and the other 5 minutes). This small time investment will answer many of your questions and walk you through exactly what is required to complete your contracting correctly.
Following these steps will help avoid delays and expedite your ability to start earning with Heirloom Legacy Life. We look forward to engaging with you and hope these videos provide the clarity and confidence you need to move forward smoothly through the contracting process.

Please allow 1-2 business days for initial contract requests made in SuranceBay to be processed, and another 1-2 business days for the contract to actually be submitted to the carriers.
During times of high contracting volume, it can take 1-2 business days longer.
Also, please allow every carrier two weeks (10 business days) to send out agent numbers/welcome information. Please note that some will take more time, and some will take less time.
If an agent hasn’t heard from a particular carrier after that time, and has checked their Spam/Junk folder for welcome emails, the agent can call the carrier directly to find out the contract status.

If after 10 business days a carrier tells an agent they haven’t received their contract request, please email [email protected] and CC your direct upline for assistance.
